Hello Rod, We are enjoying our Pleasure Way Plateau and learning lots about RV care! We have had several great trips including one to Banff this fall and several short camping trips in the Cascades. It is a great vehicle for wine tasting, too! At least once per trip folks stop and ask us about the vehicle and if they can peek inside. The are always amazed at the space and how nice it looks. On our Banff trip we averaged 24 mpg and even got 27 mpg on one tank! We have recommended Johnson to several people. Some friends wanted to rent before they buy and were disappointed to hear that Johnson is no longer renting. Happy Thanksgiving!

Dear Jessica, It’s been a year since our accident with our Pleasureway RV. It’s so nice to have everything back in good working condition and looking great. We want to thank you and your staff for all the work you did to accomplish this. There were many obstacles along the way, including the delay and frustration in getting parts from the Pleasureway factory in Canada. We appreciate your perseverance and the fact that you stood behind your work to make sure everything was done to our satisfaction. We especially appreciated Tom’s effort last time in completing the final touches to the body work. Bringing our RV to Portland from Seattle was well worth the effort. We experienced over 4ft of snow at Big Bear CA in Jan 2010. We stayed very comfortable in our Open Range. We had to leave it there for a few days because of the snow and power lines blocking us from getting the trailer out. We were able to leave it plugged in and full of propane. Temps were into the single digit range and the trailer never froze up. Contact me for pictures. John

We recently purchased a new Open Range 5th Wheel at the RV Show in November. We worked with Andrea Adee who we were very impressed with. We let her know what we could afford and what Open Range 5th Wheel floor plan we wanted and she made it happen. When we got financing through Bank of America, where I work, we found out that the lock was only good for 60-days. The Open Range 5th wheel was ordered by Johnson RV the Monday after the RV Show when we placed the order. Andrea coordinated with Open Range to insure that the 5th Wheel would be delivered before our lock expiration date and also in time for our week of vacation in December. When we picked up our 5th Wheel, Andrea made sure that she was there and she insured that the walk through inspection, the installation of the hitch and everything went smoothly. We were very anxious buyers and she held our hands. I also want to give special thanks to all the other employees that we worked with who made the experience memorable.
